• One-time departure cleaning fee: 2 Bedroom $120; 1 Bedroom $100; Hotel Room $50
• A deposit of $100, plus a signed rental agreement, secures your reservation.
• Balance due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival.
• Cancellation Policy: Half of deposit refunded up to 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, no refunds within 60 days of arrival unless we are able to re-book the unit.
• 1 & 2 Bedroom units have a fully equipped kitchen, oceanfront view with lanai, king beds and free high-speed internet access for your computer. Two twin beds in 2nd bedroom upon request.
