A deposit of $100, plus a signed rental agreement, secures your reservation.

Balance due 60 days prior to scheduled arrival, 90 days for Peak Season Reservations.

Cancellation Policy: $100 Deposit not refundable. After payment is made, no refunds unless we are able to re-book the unit. Owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation if payment is late.

1 & 2 Bedroom units have a fully equipped kitchen, oceanfront view with lanai, king beds and free high-speed internet access for your computer. Two twin beds in 2nd bedroom upon request.
